Stronger Together
Sessions capped at six members, led by a certified coach, in and out in under an hour. Not a program on a menu — the entire studio is built for adults 40 and over. Founding member enrollment is open now, before our doors are.

How It Works
A free, no-pressure session where we learn your history, your goals, and how your body moves today. This is where every member begins.
Your coach designs your training around your life and your body — old injuries, busy schedule, decades away from the gym included.
Two to three sessions a week alongside a small group of neighbors training for the same reasons. Most members feel the difference in the first 30–60 days.
Built for Adults 40 and Over
Whether you're easing back into training after years away, managing a nagging injury, or chasing your strongest decade yet, our small group personal training is designed for the way real bodies work after 40. Programming respects your history, adapts to your schedule, and keeps you progressing without the burnout.
No phone-app workouts. No watching a screen. No getting lost in a crowd of 25-year-olds. A real coach in the room, every minute of every session — with a maximum of six members beside you.
Built for adults 40+ who want results without the risk of training alone.
Your coach knows your goals and your training partners notice when you're missing — the kind of accountability gym memberships can't manufacture.
With a maximum of 6 members per session, your coach is right there to correct form, modify movements, and push you to the right next level.
Train alongside neighbors who share your goals. The energy of a small group is the secret ingredient missing from training alone.
Every workout is part of a 12-week periodized plan — no random workouts, no guesswork, just steady, measurable progress.
Strength, mobility, conditioning, and recovery are blended into every block so workouts stay fresh and your body keeps adapting.
Quarterly InBody scans and strength benchmarks show you exactly how far you've come — and where to focus next.
Four ways to train after 40 — and what each one actually gives you.

Real Google reviews from members at our team's established Madison-area Alloy studio — the same coaching system coming to East Madison.
"The small-group format gives you coaching and attention close to one-on-one personal training... I've seen improvements across the board — strength, flexibility, energy, and even my mood. It's not an intimidating gym at all."
"Alloy coaches tailor your workout to YOU. If you need a modification, they have it... all meant to meet you where you are at and help you become your best you without injuring yourself. Bonus: I've made some good friends. We are a family!"
"I hadn't participated in weight training in over 30 years and I finally decided I wanted to get strong... I signed up on the spot and thoroughly enjoy every session I attend. I highly recommend Alloy and Team!"
